Heybridge Converter Station planning permit affirmed
Marinus Link Pty Ltd welcomes today’s decision by the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal to affirm Marinus Link’s Heybridge Converter Station planning permit with no changes to conditions, following an appeal process.
The decision follows an extensive merits review process, including detailed written submissions and expert evidence presented at the Tribunal hearing in June.
